Nice france bed and breakfast
Large room of 12.50 m2 with very quiet terrace in a green setting. Close to shops, tram, free street parking, possible parking. breakfast possibility with supplement.
Evelyne is very welcoming. The room is very clean with a balcony. The comfortable bed, I spent a pleasant night. His apartment is very well located (two minutes from the tram and the Villa Arson!).
The landlord very temperament, and speak simple Chinese, Terrific! Two minutes walk from Carrefour, super convenient. Rooms have got a very literary range of children, all reflect the taste of the hostess.
Evelyne the tram station took us, her family is very quiet, just 10 minutes from the city center tram, shops and a supermarket nearby. As shown in the photo room offers tea and sugar, and the house has a lot of smart décor can see that she is a love of life rather enrichment women. We are sorry because it encountered an emergency situation, and sometimes have to solve overnight stay late so affected her sleep. Everything is satisfactory, but because Airbnb information update difference, my side of the listing display is open for breakfast, while Evelyne there no display.
Passing through we spent a night at Evelyne in Nice. The hostess gave us a very warm welcome and provided us with important information (directions, map...). The apartment is located close to the motorway exit Nice-Nord and only 2 minutes walk from the tram that took us to the city center. Also, parking is no problem. The breakfast we were able to take on balcony. Evelyne thank you, and we will come back.
Evelyne was very friendly and lovely throughout the stay. She was ready to meet us at the nearby tram stop Le Ray which is a few minutes walk away, but we found our way to the apartment easily. Carrefour is also nearby if any amenities are required. She was always ready for a chat or recommendations if we needed, otherwise we had the privacy we needed. There is a bonus for cat lover because she has a beautiful and gorgeous feline which you will always chance upon in the house. We stayed for 6D5N as it was easy to take the tram and buses around the towns in Nice, and it was a great last leg to the end of our French Riviera trip. The room is true to the pictures and quite cosy except it did get warm with some mosquitoes on the first few nights as there was no fan, but the weather started getting cooler and we slept without a problem after. There is a nice terrace to enjoy in the day but there are no lights at night although you could bring a candle out if needed.
